The site visit also identifies other medical risks which could include exposures requiring management through vaccination programs such as Hepatitis B injections for workers who handle waste, injections specific to meat workers or annual flu vaccinations.
Sitemed is able to assist remote sites who directly employ site nurses, paramedics and emergency services officers by managing the site poisons licence, developing clinical guidelines and auditing health service delivery.
